De Anza Enrollment Information:
Click here to see a step-by-step process for new students planning to enroll at De Anza.
Information for seniors planning to enroll at De Anza this FALL:
Counseling 100 & Fall Registration:
- All new high school graduates are required to attend Counseling 100. Counseling 100 is a .5 unit
(12 hour) course offered for 4 days, 3 hours a day over the summer from mid August to mid September for students planning
to enroll in fall. Please click here for details.
Students who attend Counseling 100 work one-on-one with a counselor to develop their educational
plan and get to register early for fall at the end of their sessions.
K-12 Enrollment:
- The same rules apply in summer as in other quarter for K-12 Enrollment. Students need to complete the form
with the proper authorization and add the first day of class.
- We strongly discourage enrollment in PE classes due to the state bill SB 338 limiting high school enrollments
to no more than 10% of the class. For example, there can be no more than two high school students in a class of 20.
New Student & Parent Night April 28 at De Anza College:
- This year, for the first time, we have planned a parent night for new students and their parents complete
with a panel presentation, Q & A time, and Information tables by various programs on campus.
- All prospective students and parents are invited to attend the Parent Night on April 28, from 6-7:30 PM in
Conference Rooms A & B in the Campus Center.
Parking is free and refreshments will be served. See attached flyer for more information.
Thank you for sharing the Parent Night information with seniors and their parents
This event provides an excellent opportunity for parents and new students to get helpful information directly
from college representatives and learn more about essential programs and services on campus.
